Terms of Service

By booking a stay with Teepees by the River, you agree to our property guidelines: observe quiet hours, use only designated fire pits, store food securely, and keep pets only where permitted (the yurt is pet-friendly; teepee pet policies vary by site). Vehicle access is limited to the parking lot — you walk in to your site — to preserve the quiet, natural setting along the river.

Bookings, cancellations, and payments are handled through our booking platform; the terms shown at checkout apply. The teepees are open seasonally (roughly May through early October, weather permitting); the yurt is open year-round.
