When you book a stay, submit an inquiry form, or opt in to messages, we collect the information you provide — such as your name, email, phone number, dates, group details, and any message — along with basic technical data (like IP address and browser) used to operate and secure the site.

How we use it

To respond to inquiries, process and coordinate bookings, provide guest services, and — only if you opt in — send occasional availability or promotional messages.

Text messages (SMS)

If you opt in, we send texts about your inquiry, booking confirmations, and stay coordination, and — only with your separate opt-in — availability and promotions. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in with third parties for their own marketing. See our SMS Terms of Service.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate — such as our booking platform (Lodgify), our CRM/messaging platform, and payment processors — and as required by law.

Your choices

You can opt out of texts anytime (reply STOP), and you can contact us to access or delete information we hold, subject to records we must keep.
