The whole property, just for your group
Exclusive use of the grounds — room to spread out, and the privacy to gather, unplug, and make memories the old-fashioned way: around a fire, under the stars, with the river rolling by.
Days are for river time, trail walks, and canoe floats. Nights are for campfires, stories, and s'mores. Each site is set up for real camping comfort that works great for groups.
Made for events
A buyout does what individual stays can't
Private campus rentals have a two-night minimum and can welcome caterers, vendors, live music, and RVs — the things we keep out for individual bookings, so your event has room to be an event.
A natural fit for
Groups who want the place to themselves
Youth groups
Ministries, school groups, and clubs that want a true camp feel without the chaos of a public campground.
Scouts
Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, American Heritage Girls — camp skills, patrol cooking, a campfire program, and river time.
Church retreats
The place naturally slows people down — men's and women's retreats, worship nights by the fire, time to reconnect.
Family reunions
Everyone gets their own space to sleep, then you come together in the evening. Nobody has to host.
Corporate offsites
Trade the conference room for fresh air — team bonding and a reset that feels earned.
Wedding weekends
Your wedding party and close family stay together for two nights, with space to celebrate.
The place in action
Groups love it here
A recent full-campus retreat — yoga in the meadow, meals together, and campfire nights.

How it works
Simple to plan
Tell us the basics
Your group type, estimated headcount, the dates you're considering, and whether everyone's staying on-site.
We map it out
We confirm availability and talk through logistics — parking, vendors, day visitors, anything special.
You get a clear quote
We follow up personally with availability and a straightforward quote for a private campus buyout.
Helpful notes for group leaders
Each site has a maximum occupancy, and groups bring their own sleeping gear. Plan on using the designated fire pits, buying firewood on-site, and following our standard camp rules (quiet hours, parking, food storage).
If you have special needs — limited mobility, a tight schedule, vendor coordination, or day visitors — just tell us early. Most group trips go smoothly when we match the plan to the right setup.
