The Teepees

Our authentic canvas teepees sit right along the river, each about 225 sq. ft., with hide rugs and stick furniture inside and a fire pit and outdoor kitchen out front.

There's no electricity out here on purpose; solar lighting and candle lanterns give you all the glow you need after dark. Bring your own gear and bedding — sleeping bags and air mattresses are the way to go.

The Yurt

The newest way to stay — a little more shelter and comfort for those easing into glamping. It sits on a raised wood deck with a solid, lockable door and feels like a cabin in the round.

Inside: a twin-over-full bunkbed and a four-piece sectional with a full-size hide-a-bed, a wood stove, a fan, and electricity. With its stove and solid walls, the yurt stays open year-round — a rare chance to have the river to yourself in the snow.

Protecting the forest

Firewood

Please do not bring your own firewood. Many of the tree species on the property are prone to invasive insects, so we follow the guidelines set by the US Forest Service and the Nature Conservancy.

Firewood is available on-site for $7 per bundle — kindling and split logs. You can add it when you book and pick it up on arrival. All firewood sales are final.

Invasive pests burrow into trees that later become firewood, and when the wood moves, the pests move with it — often hundreds of miles — into healthy areas. So please: buy it where you burn it, and source your firewood locally.
