Teepees by the River
Rules and Regulations to be strictly enforced for
everyone’s safety and enjoyment.
Check in time is 1 pm and checkout 11 am.
Occupancy: Each Teepee will accommodate a maximum of 6 guests. You are required to bring sleeping bags, pillows, mats, etc.
Pets: To protect wildlife, children, patrons, and other pets, keep your pet(s) on leash(es). Please pick up your pet’s droppings and place in garbage. The owner of unsupervised, unleashed, hostile or noisy pet(s) will be asked to leave and will not receive a refund.
Drinking Water: Guests are responsible for providing their own drinking water. Bottled water will also be available for sale by the facility host. The hose spigots located throughout the campus provide water that is non-potable – Do Not Drink.
Food Storage: All food and toiletry items MUST be suspended out of bear reach with the tripod pulley system provided at your teepee site.
Campfires: Fires are allowed in designated firepits located at your teepee site. No outside firewood allowed (no transferring of unwanted pests and diseases). Firewood bundles are available for purchase from the facility host.
Fireworks: No fireworks under any circumstances. Failure to follow these rules and you will be asked to leave without receiving a refund.
Swimming: Swim or wade in the river at your own risk. There are no lifeguards on duty. Any fishing will require a fishing license. Inquire with the facility host about details.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7 am. No loud music or unruly behavior is ever permitted. Please use earbuds or earphones for music at all times.
Firearms: No discharge or use of firearms is allowed.
Riparian Areas: Stay on groomed trails throughout the campus. Do not tear up the creek banks or hillsides by climbing, jumping, sliding, and making your own trails.
Tents: No tents or other outdoor structures allowed.
Picnic Tables: Do not move picnic tables around the campsite or sit/stand on top of them.
Motorized Vehicles: All motorized vehicles, motorbikes, and ATVs are only allowed in the designated parking area.
Parking: Each Teepee site rental has an assigned parking space in the designated parking area. Guests are required to walk to their teepee campsite. No vehicles are allowed past the designated parking lot. Additional parking spaces are available upon request at an additional charge. Short-term visitor parking is allowed at the entrance area. All short-term visitors must leave at sundown.
