Wild Bill’s Coffee Bistro was established in Garden Valley, Idaho in 2009 by Bill and Kelli Davis. The couple wanted to create a space where individuals could relax and enjoy specialty coffee, delicious breakfast and lunch options, and a comfortable atmosphere. The bistro’s name and décor reflect Garden Valley’s history, specifically the region’s Gold Rush era and the infamous cowboy outlaw, Wild Bill Hickok.
Over the years, Wild Bill’s Coffee Bistro has become a staple in the Garden Valley community. The bistro was originally housed in a smaller building, but with its growing popularity, it moved to a larger location in 2012. The new building enabled the bistro to expand its menu, introduce a wider range of coffee drinks and pastries, and provide a larger seating area for customers.
